I have been highlighting my hair for many years and I noticed a lot of damage. I dyed it back to my natural color so I could let it grow out without coloring it again, but now I have a TON of burnt ends. I really don't want to cut my hair to get rid of them! Is there another option?

Nope " you can use treatments to prevent them but if you alredy have them you need to cut it.

Sadly, no. Damaged hair will break and continue to split further up the strands...resulting in damage to the hair you have that's still healthy. If you aren't ready for a serious trim, get your ends trimmed just a tad and then use a great conditioning mask like Pureology's Hydra Whip or "It's a 10". I'd combine that with "It's a 10" leave in conditioning spray with Keratin. CVS and most salons have the "It's s 10" line. From there..I'd just keep getting Microtrims as my new growth came in. This lets you keep length, but not gain it for a bit. I'd also consider incorporating a touch of Apricot Oil after styling..just on your fingertips..and lightly run it through my hair. Additionally, wearing hair up loosely in a bun will cut back on tangles and stress to your locks. If you sleep in one with damp hair, you wake up with lovely, soft, heat-free waves. Chi has a great heat protectant.. so if you aren't using one, I'd start. There are products to seal ends, but that's really just a bandaid on a bullet hole, in my view. Good luck! :)
