Is there any bumps/pimples there? If not it good be pimple under the skin or just plain redness! I have lots of natural redness on my face and I usually just use concealer to cover it up or apply some Smashbox Color Correcting primer to the area and it balances my skintone. If nothing works, try going to a dermatologist!
