My skin is usually clear as you can get with one or two spots every while that clear up within 2 days. But the last week I've gotten lots on my forehead, I haven't changed products or routine. They are clearing up slowly but haven't gone and it's been a week. Any help to get rid of them or any reason why this is?

Could be age, hormone imbalance, diet.

^ it could (and probably is) that. also I read somewhere forehead acne is cause by little sleep, and stress. so you may not be getting enough sleep, or you're stressed. I just suggest drinking plenty of water and getting an acne wash.

Hello! I actually have the same exact thing going on with me so I went to get a facial to find out why. Like Emily said, forehead acne is cause by stress. I washed my face religiously and applied acne products but nothing worked for me! I tried to get more sleep, drink more water, exercise, and be less stressed and worried and they are clearing up as I speak. Make sure to eat a healthy diet, and do not stress whatever you do, or they will just come back! Good luck xx.

I'm in the same boat right now! I never have acne really unless I'm on my period but for some odd reason I broke out a few days ago. I agree with the other ladies about stress and hormones and such though. It will clear up eventually don't stress about it (:
