Exfoliation has a lot to do with glowing skin. The reason skin can look dull or sallow, especially in the winter, is that the cells are getting dry and dying more quickly. When skin cells die, they sit on the surface of your skin, but instead of reflecting the light, like healthy skin, the dead cells absorb it, making your skin look dull. So exfoliation is key :) aside from that, a natural looking blush with a slight shimmer can help a lot!
