How do you get rid of spots quickly?!

Hi, a few days ago I forgot to remove my makeup and now my face is breaking out like crazy. I've got awful spots everywhere that are so hard to conceal. I don't know what to do about it. I wouldn't be worrying this much but I have a really big new years eve party in like 6 days. I really need help with getting rid of the spots and preventing them from scarring?

Cleanse exfoliate and tone your skin, apply disinfect spots( (disinfectant and clean cotton bud per spot) then apply toothpaste to each spot allow to dry, it will take moisture out of spot decreasing redness and inflammation, and antibacterial action in toothpaste will kill bacteria :) remove after 5/10 min. Do this twice daily up to the party and you'll see a massive difference.

Get some tea tree oil and every night before you go to bed wet a tissue slightly, put some oil on it, then hold it to the spot for a few seconds. Not sure it works for everyone but I hope it does:)
