I use neutregena 2 in 1 mask and wash. I then use garner refreshing toner and an oil free moisturiser. I have combination skin, and do this morning and evening. However my skin is not doing any better, I have lots of small spots on my forehead and cheeks and the worst thing is they are red. Some of them look like they are there but when I looked closely they are scars, I'm not sure how to get rid of the scars either! Any ideas on how to stop the spots??

I apply lemon juice twice a day- this lightens the scars and helps with spots because of the acid. When I get bored with that, I switch to bio oil or some kind of vitamin oil that contains vitamin A and/or C. I just add this to my daily routine. I've heard apple cider vinegar works too so I'm going to try that out next.

Anything thY contains salicylic acids will help w acne. benzoyl peroxide will help to but tends to dry out it skin and can leave a temporary dark spot. as for the darker scars aha acids and vitiamin c are wonderful and will slowly fade them

Just want to add bio oil will not help w scars or spots if any kind its mineral oil and fragrance, nothing more. at best it will moisturize a tiny bit and at worst you could have and awful reaction. strongly discourage it

Bio oil & pick up an exfoliator that contains both manual exfoliants and either rice or papaya enzymes. Good luck!
