That sounds like cystic acne to me. Have you changed your diet/skincare routine lately?

When you get them around your chin are they're usually hormonal acne& might be cystic too. Try applying some benzoyl peroxide or tea tree oil if that doesn't work go to the dermatologist

I agree looks like cystic acne. first don't mess w it ul just make it worse. use a gentle fash wash, no scrubs. peter Thomas Roth makes a product called unwrinkle peel pads marketed as anti aging but works wonders for acne. it contains aha and bha both wonderful for skin. I usually steer clear of jared packaging as the certain ingredients won't work as well however this stuff is different in terms of being able to treat acne. I swear this has saved me multible trips to the derm for an injection to treat my own random cystic acne. if this is an ongoing issue I'd suggest a visit they can prescribe antibiotics to get it under control as well as a retinoid another great product to treat and help w acne.

I break out around my mouth during my cycle. I swear by "Oil Free Acne Wash by: Neutrogena!! I wash my face every night with it & immediately moisturize after patting my face dry with a clean towel. Then if one is particularly stubborn Ill also use a spot treatment. Any kind will do. They're pretty much all the same. Same ingredients. I totally agree w/ Jocelyn that the supplements you've started, esp the ones for your hormones have made them go nuts & its causing your breakouts!! It may clear up after your body adjusts to the supplements but if not or you don't want to wait that long to see I'd just stop taking them unless they're absolutely needed! Hope this helps you out...

Stop taking the supplements and see if your skin clears up. Also if you started taking all three at the same time it might have been too much for your body to handle.
