So personally I had a few foundations that were a bit off with my skin tone that I thought matched well in the store. What are some tips to picking the perfect foundation.

You should ask a professional because they'll ask your skin type and then try foundation to fit your skin.

I try to match it to my neck. Sephora has this color Id now that helps with matching foundation.

You should get you skin tested for a foundation, I know I can do it at my drugstore...I don't know about you!

Go to a a place like dillards, sephora, or ulta. and some professionals can match your skin and find the perfect foundation you need.
