Since your new I would suggest a bit of concealer on any blemishes and under your eyes so you don't look tired then some powder some mascara and maybe blush on the apples of your cheeks when you feel good about that routine you could step it up with some foundation eyeshadow and eyeliner.

I would defiantly keep it to a minimum maybe a tinted moisturizer, a little blush, some mascara, & maybe a gloss..

Sorry I'm not a moderator but here goes. Start with a cleanser, a foundation which matches your skin tone and concealer if needed. Then you can apply eyeshadow I think basic colours first for an everyday look. If you aren't comfortable/allowed to wear lipstick a tinted lip is the next best thing. Mascara and eyeliner if you want but eyeliner can be hard to master so I would try liquid, pencil and gel liner to see which you prefer. Eyeliner or mascara are not vital to a look although if you aren't wearing them you could curl your lashes.
Hope this helps chloe and one last thing try to but makeup that is light and has good coverage and is long lasting.
Hope I helped

I would do concealer on blemishes and under eyes, then a beige base on eyes with light bronze crease, and then a very thin line of black liquid liner, and mascara.
