I have milia and I don't know how to get rid of it. If you don't know what milia is they are these bumps on your face that are dead skin cells under your skin or something like that I'm not quite sure but if anyone knows how to get rid of it please help me.

Millia are cysts, under the surface of your skin. I recommend that you see a dermatologist :) other than that, exfoliate, it helps a bit.

Symone B posted something about this and how she hopes that her new Clarisonic will help. a few other girls also had some tips on that thread. if you search it hopefully that will help you a bit.

Traci recently addressed this very issue. I may be able to find it.

I had milia and the Clarisonic completely cleared mine up. That being said, it might be smarter to go to the dermatologist rather than to pay the $125 for the clarisonic without a guarantee. Try salicylic acid gel if you are unable to go to the dermatologist.

Using a glycolic cleanser or serum will help exfoliate the dead skin cells which can possibly get rid of the milia. You can also make an appointment with an esthetician, she/he can extract them , generally with the use of a lancet after preparing the skin (cleansing, professional exfoliant and steam).
