Weird Face Swelling/Rash?

So I got up took a shower, put on moisturizer and I looked fine. my face was normal. then about two hours later my face felt hot so I looked in the mirror and I have these swollen spots that are red and splotchy also sting if I touch them I didn't use anything new, just the same products I've been using for a year. I didn't put o makeup or eat anything either. does anyone know what it is or how to make it look better or hurt less. I need to go out in a little while.

I haven't eaten anything new or different the past few days. I really don't know what it could be from.

Is there niaminicide in any of your products and/or do you take a B vitamin? Also has the redness subsided? There is something known as a niacin flush that can occur from taking and/or using products containing niacin (which is also a B vitamin) it can cause a red flushing of the skin but goes away usually in about 20-30 minutes.

That looks like an allergic reaction. Go to the emergency room, especially since it is getting worse.
