My legs are huge. and I really want to slim them down. my hips are also big. however my stomach is small.. how can I bring my hip and leg fat down? some good workouts targeting those areas? some foods not to eat? please help!!

This may help. However, if you are trying to reduce the volume of your tighs, I'd recommend a more aerobic exercise, like jogging. Not many people like jogging but it will get you there fast!

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce, it's scientifically proven, ask any expert, but I can suggest Bulgarian split squats, stair climbing, and weighted step ups to tone the muscles in those areas.
