Vitamin e oil!! you can mix it with moisturizer or lotion to make it easier to apply.

I used Vitamin E lotion after every shower while my skin was still damp while I was preggo (two kids)...no stretch marks. Ultimately depends on your skin type though, but it always helps to keep your stretching skin moisturized and do not scratch it as that only helps in weakening the skin n stretching it more.
