How can I minimize large pores?

So I have large pores on my nose and I was just wondering if anyone had a homemade remedy or a specific product that would help minimize them. Please and Thank you! :)

One gelatin packet with one and a half tablespoons of milk, microwaved for ten seconds or until warm, but not hot. use paint brush or make up brush to apply on nose and chin and forehead (or whereever you want to hide pores) and keep on for 20 min. (also make sure to wash brushes right away so they arent ruined). it removes bacteria and dirt in pores, preventing them and making them look smaller, I do this twice a month and it works very well. xx
