Natural bristle big powder/finishing/blending brush at a reasonable price?

I'm looking to buy a good big fluffy brush, I've spent all my money investing in eyes and cheeks and foundation. So now I'm ready to get one of these guys but I'm not looking to go over $40-ish. Even that sort of hurts but I know the cost of doing business.
I don't want real techniques or the like, I feel like there's a quality difference there.
Help me ladies!

I'm not sure on the cost, but Tarte has an awesome natural bristle large fluffy brush that I have had for a long time and love.

Sally has some for under/around 10$..Walmart sells them too.
