So last year around this time I cut my hair super short. It's growing just not where i want it be. I really want my hair back to the way it was when i was 16 long and healthy. I want to know how do I get my hair to be healthy and grow at the same time with an relaxer. I don't want to go natural. I just need tips on products and regimens to follow. I get my hair relaxed every 4weeks and washed every 2. I do not use any heat until I go to the salon and if I do which is rarely, I'll use a heat protectant. I was taking biotin but I felt like it was breaking me out but at the same time i was under alot of stress. So should I continue with biotin.? I also drink a lot of water excersise and working on eating healthier. I'm not coloring it anymore I'm letting my previous color grow out and she also trims it every month. So is there anything else I should be doing? i'll post pictures as well . The picture above is actually my 16th bday I would really like to get it this length again even longer :)

exercise...drink lots of water, my personal favorite vitamins r (hairfinity) u can order them online and they only cost $24 for a one month supply....also wash ur hair once every two weeks, use a scalp treatment( Kera Care)..wht i usually use every other night..wrap up ur hair with a silk scarf b4 bedtime...Biotin is good...still continue using them...but with the hairfinity vitamins...there r no side affects..contains silica, pantothenic acid, MSM, horsetail extract..all of these ingredients promote hair growth.....trim ur ends at least once a month and dont forget to deep condition every two weeks also..hope tht helps:)

Your heair looks beautiful!! I went natural almost 4 years ago and , it was the best thing I ever did. I think the biggest thing Ive noticed thats helped my hair growth i not using heat nearly as often as I was ,what a difference

I'm relaxed as well & my hair hasn't been this heathy in years! I only use heat once a week, deep condition twice a week, Moisturize & steal my ends every night with coconut oil & put my hair in protective styles (mostly a high bun). Also check out ulovemegz on YouTube, I started watching her when I first started my hair journey.. She's amazing!! Good Luck! :)
