I have a client for sat which everyone knows is the day for halloween parties, she needed her makeup done at 2 pm and now at the last min changed it to 4 pm because she had an appt elsewhere. i have other clients lined up for the rest of the day and i can no longer accomodate her i dont think she quite gets how much time is needed to complete a special fx look.. whats the easiest way to break the news to her?

I totally understand that.I would let her know you had other clients and you would love to do her makeup but unfortunately she changed time last minute and you take your job seriously and want to give her the best look and to do that it takes time.
