MAC makes really good glitter's that are PRO items but are currently for sale to the public on their website. They will set you back about 20 dollars though, but they do come in a huge range of colors. If you are in the UK Barry M does some great (and way less expensive) glitters called Dazzle Dusts. Another pricier item is Make Up For Ever's glitters you can get at Sephora. Lastly, Sugar Pill does glitter/pigment in really bright colors which are great. Hope that helps a little bit!

Nyx has glitters but I prefer the two faced glitter pigments ((the only downside is the color selection is very limited))

By Glitter, I am assuming you mean Shimmery. Profusion has a 48 and/or 88 count that I use. It's great for all eye looks.

Medusa's Makeup has a whole bunch of glitters that you can apply with their wax base or by themselves. I only have one in silver but I love it. I haven't bought anything from them in a long time though so I don't know if they still carry them but if they do I recommend them. They have really vibrant shades in all kinds of textures from matte to shimmery to full out glitter :) Urban Decay's heavy metal glitter liners are also pretty cool too. You can just pat them on over top of your eyeshadow. I get tons of complements when I use mine.
