For those of you in the beauty or esthetics industry and wear glasses do you find your glasses slide down your nose as you work? If anyone has ideas on how to help me with this I'd be very grateful. I've had them tightened however I can't do it anymore or it will dig into my head if that makes sense lol

I have had that happen to me a lot maybe so stick on nose pad for glasses can do the trick. I usually just remove my glasses and do my work. You can get it slightly curved at the ends if you ask the optometrist.

For the beauty part that may mean your seat set up is to steep- maybe a higher chair so you don't have that issue? Also for your posture

My glasses only slip if there is a really awful set up and I have to really hunch over

What you could do in the glasses department: try bending them in a little to make the bridge smaller, or get new ones. Your glasses are too big, they shouldn't slide down (maybe a tiny tiny bit).
Otherwise, like Carolyn said, higher chair, which would really work better for other reasons also anyways
