I had to order kat Von D foundation offline at sephora because they don't carry light 42 (lightest shade) in stores anymore!! I heard the BEST way to apply it was with a beauty blender (damp)... Anyone who uses/has this foundation what's your opinions?

I would probably agree, I have used it with a brush and it feels like it's too thick when it goes on.

Yeah I don't think I would use it with a brush, would seem too cakey!

It's very thick. Beauty blender is good or warming it up in your hands.

I use a brush to apply it and blend it in and it works wonders! Because they got rid of the lightest shade a mix a lighter shade of MUFE in it. I've had no problem with it looking cakey with a brush.

Well I was going to order kat von d lock it but it's risky because it's a guessing game either it will be to golden or peachy undertones so I went by a friend's recommendation covergirl 3 in 1 foundation which I heard is a dupe for it I personally don't own the beauty blender sponge I purchased this Cvs beauty sponge for 4.99 and it has lasted me 6 months now and I feel not a lot of ladies have given it a chance :)

When I was using it I always used a damp beauty blender, it made it go on nicer and it felt better. When I didn't use the damp beauty blender it felt a little heavy, but with it was so light I forgot about it quickly. The only reason I quit using it is because even the lightest concealer in the brand was too dark and stuck out against the foundation, and though it had great coverage I still needed concealer on rare occasion. I now use UD Naked Skin Foundation in the lightest shade with CIA (match so well!).
