I wanted to start using gel liner waterproof & smudge proof and it doesn't want to stay on, so here I am back to my pencils.

Have you tried the Anastasia Beverly Hills kits for brows? She has a water proof powder set and brow gels that make the products water proof.

Yeah, I think that gel liner is meant more for eyes (I use the same stuff & it doesn't budge when I apply to the lid). I would try some stuff like Anastasia Brow Wiz or Kelly Baker Brows. they're brow pro's :p

Set the gel with a powder to make it last longer.

Anastasia just came out with a new brow product. its called Dipbrow and its a waterproof, smudge proof pomade. I've been using it for the past 2 weeks and its seriously does not budge. its become my new favorite brow product to use. You can get it on her website. it will be available in stores in January I think.

What Kyra said, that eyeliner is more for eyes. You need something specifically for brows like a brow gel or powder. Anastasia is like the queen brand of brow products. Tarte also has some powders and gels that look promising. I can't give a personal testimonial because I really only use powder on mine occasionally (powder meaning eyeshadow in the sparse areas haha) But I watched a video on their YouTube channel and they looked like they would be worth a try. And most of Tarte's products are waterproof as well.

I use tarte brow cream and OMG I swear it is the best thing ever invented. You only need a tiny bit and it won't smear or smudge or anything I will never go back
