Tons of pimples

I don't have acne, but every 2 weeks or so- not during my period though- I get about ten pimples all over my face. I'm really sell conscious about it because I am 13, and take really good care of my skin, yet I am the only person with pimples. I jut feel really insecure and my foundation and concealer doesn't even cover half of it. Help please!

About being the only one with acne at that age-I was just like that, but then I found ways that work for me to get rid of it, and now everyone else is getting it and I don't have it anymore.

@Julie S. I sure hope so! It just is so annoying how everyone uses bath and body works on their faces and has perfect skin, and I have to buy expensive skincare products and I have acne. :(
