Why don't you try Vaseline or Bio-oil? Before you sleep, mix vaseline or oil with your cream.

I have a problem with dry skin every year when the cold weather comes around. I've tried just about everything. Moisturizer doesn't do much... The products that have worked the best for me you can find at your local drugstore I'll post a picture of them. If those don't help is suggest going to a dermatologist and getting a stronger antibiotic cream.
