I really don't know why this happened. My skin was doing fine and then all of a sudden the next day my skin is really bad. Anything I can do to clear up my skin? Natural or store bought, it doesn't matter.

If your skin was doing fine and the next day it turned bad, first thing to think about is did you use any "new" products on your face? If so, check the drug facts if you know what you're allergic to or wait till your skin renews again and give the product another try to be sure. It can also be due to the brushes not being clean. If not any of these then try "St. Ives apricot scrub". It helps me a lot and it's affordable. A remedy I like to do is put toothpaste onto the desired pimple and it works wonders! It goes away in 2-3 days depending on how big it is though. Lol. Good luck :)

Check any new products that you used and don't overload on lots of acne products, just try to drink green tea to flush out the toxins in your body and do a basic cleanser, toner, and lotion at night :)
