Bb cream is more of a moisturizer while a Cc cream has a bit of makeup! So if you want to cover blemishes then go for a Cc cream..

I prefer bb cream..when I tried cc it kinda made my skin grey rather than colour correct. might have just been that brand though.

They're not the same, and neither one is better than the other. BB is a 'beauty balm' and CC is a 'color corrector' that's what the abbreviations mean. If you have dry skin that is pretty clear, go with the BB cream. If you have a lot of discoloration go with a CC cream. If you have dry skin and also blemishes or discoloration, you can get a CC cream with moisturizer.
