My outfit.. Opinions please?

Not sure if I like this shirt and skirt together.. They don't fit me that well and not sure if the colors are too light together?? Plus my skin tone is pretty light and my hair (which is wet in the pic) is blonde. Soooo HONEST opinions please!! (I was just trying clothes on for fun so you won't hurt my feelings if you hate it :P)

I think its cute! I do think it would look better with a dark colored skirt but I'm probably biased since I prefer to wear dark colors all the time :)

Thanks guys and yes!! I would rather a darker skirt too but this is literally the only skirt I own :(
