I am 21 years old , have noticeable dark circles, a few acne scars , a few scratches (lost fights lol) , and peach fuzz on most of my face(hate it). I was wondering if there's any drugstore foundations that are full coverage. Any tips on how to make it not look cakey. I also need a primer and conceal (obviously lol) suggestion. I can probably only invest in one thing , I'm thinking the concealer . Please help me with suggestions and or the color that matches my skin. My skin tone is similar to the picture below. I really want to try Revlon's photoready. My skin is dry except my greasy nose :P

My favourite drug store foundation is Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup. It has a medium buildable coverage and you should only need to use a little concealer on your face to cover blemishes/scars. I use a primer from the Body Shop called the Skin Primer Matte I.T which I quite like. They also have one for dry skin (Skin Primer Hydrate I.T I believe). The primer is about $15 CDN so probably a few dollars less if you're in the States. For concealer I really like the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Concealer Treatment. The name is a mouthful but it works great for covering my dark circles. I wouldn't recommend using this on blemishes/scars though. I would suggest the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda II Concealer palette (I believe this one is for darker skin tones). All these products are easily accessible at Target if you live in the States!

Unfortunately without seeing your skin and undertones etc...I cannot recommend a shade. However the best drug store foundation I've found that has heavy coverage is L'oreal Age Perfect and Neutrogena 3 in 1 Concealer. Remember, don't test for color on inside of wrist etc...also when applying the concealer let the heat from your finger warm the product first as you pat undereye, then when applying foundation pat undereye.
