Eye puffiness help!

I went to the jingle ball on Friday and I obviously put on makeup an everything but makeup has never bothered me... Maybe it was the moisturizer.. I'm not sure, I made sure to clean off every bit of makeup too, but the next day I woke up my eyes were puffy!!(the area under my brow) and I've tried everything I rubbed ice on it I drank water but nothing helped today is day 2 and I'm freaking out ,, and advice??

It sounds like an allergic reaction, I'd go see a doctor or dermatologist
