Ugh! I'm so sad guys, I finally had the chance to go to Sephora and get the Naked 3 palette and my fave Naked Basics Palette. I get home and I see that the Naked Basics palette has two eyeshadows completely broken and the Naked 3 has 2 eyeshadows that have been messed with. I was wondering since I've never had to return stuff to Sephora. Do they let you exchange items or get refunds?

I wouldn't worry, they let me exchange two separate things even without my receipt. tell them that you opened it and found the shadows broken and you'd like a new one, that's all =)

I've already done an exchange of a broken naked 3 palette and we only started selling them Wednesday. quite a few of ours have been coming in broken I think it's because they've been freezing and unfreezing quickly but I don't know.
