Alright I am warning you before hand this is a harsh but extremely effective way. It isn't bad for your skin but it does dry it out real bad. What you do is pop the zits and then apply hydrogen peroxide after. It should turn white and bubble which means it is cleaning it. It does sting a little bit but it gets rid of my zits in 4 or so days however I do have to put vasaline on my face for a day or two after to get rid of the dry skin but my skin is completely clear because of hydrogen peroxide. If you're looking for something less harsh but still somewhat effective benzoyl peroxide by clean and clear is great too! And for face wash I recommend the pink grapefruit face was by neutragena! It exfoliates, get rid of acne and smells great!

By the way apply the hydrogen peroxide to just the zit not your whole face. What I do is take a Q-tip and dip it right in the bottle and then put it on the zit. It does hurt for about a minute but once you get passed it it's fine. If you want to wipe it off after a few minutes that's ok too

Kat is totally right! Benzoil Peroxide works amazing!! My doctor recommended it for me when I started to get a lot of acne and now my face is so clear I feel like a totally different person! But definitely put Vaseline or any oil free moisturizer on after you use this product because it really does dry out your skin. That's why it gets rid of your pimples so fast! But whatever you do, DO NOT put it on anything but your pimples or your skin will look terrible!! Believe me I learned that the hard way just last week!!
Hope I was helpful beautiful ;)

I'm pretty sure that you have to go to the pharmacy to get it. You don't have to get a prescription for it though. I believe it's $10.00.

Ok first and for most, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR SKIN. If you do, wash your hands. This is what always worked, and remember its best to work with acne that is just popped up. Take toothpaste (white kind) and place it on your blemishes while you sleep. The toothpaste should dry. Or you can take anything again with Benzoyl. Once in the morning, wash your face with a face wash, and moisturize with a face lotion.I hope this works!

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with Mia on the toothpaste. My dermatologist said it is damaging to your skin tone to use toothpaste. It doesn't just dry out your skin and get rid of the zit but it burns the skin around it too but she is right about not touching your hands to your face because your fingers are germy and carry oil and whenever you touch your face you're pretty much making a zit.

I love ya all, but you're scaring the Hell outta me..lol Clean, 100% cotton pillowcase, tea tree oil based face wash, Cerave or Cetaphil. Aveeno Daily Radiance to counter dryness. Bare Minerals Blemish Therapy or Neutrogena tinted spot treatment to heal and conceal FAST. I'd consult a derm or Esty stat regarding a Salicylic peel. Some derms can speed healing for special occasions with an injection directly into the cyst or large bump. Please..use caution as you could scar yourself. I'd also consult our resident skin guru, Traci!

The worst thing you could do is pop them they will scar don't touch your face try different face cleaners or even tea tree oil to dry them out and then use a moisturizer and try a good foundation the day of your dance :) goodluck.
