I recommend a gel based formula for your skin type or something more hydrating. sephora has their own collection of moisturizers that are very good. In the night apply some over the counter hydrocortisone after you apply the moisturizer.

I had a very serious problem last year at winter time and I went to a dermatologist. Just don't put heavy products to your face. I made that mistake but now I'm more careful. Hope you will get well soon. :)

Have to agree with Melissa see a derm. I have to disagree about the hydrocortisone, please don't use that on your face. it can thin out your skin overtime causing more damage. I have applyed it on a hive or something for a night just to reduce the redness or swelling but never ever long term as part of a routine.

I think you just need to use a really thick cream on your chin area. Especially if it comes every winter. I like to use Bepanthen cream on dry areas. It's also a super good stuff for dry lips. Have you tried?
