Hi Beauts,
I am a freelance mua and have tried just about every mid price level skin care line out there. But as I am getting closer to 30, my pores seem to be growing with my age.
Currently my skin care routine is Mario Baduscu (sp) cleanser and toner and Origins moisturizer (orange pot-can't remember name) also using Origins skin tone correcting serum. But what I really need to know is there a tried, tested and true product out there that can help with my pore size?

I also own a clarisonic and use a clay mask from Origins weekly.

Nothing is really going to change your pore size once your pore wall is blown ,however things can minimize the look of enlarged pores, first thing it to use a salicylic cleanser,i do know Mario's acne cleanser has salicylic if that's the one your using , thats the only thing that will keep your pores walls clear of sebum, then exfoliating using AHA or manual gentle scrub next is to try using a retinol product at night ,this helps with cell turnover and collagen production which help tighten the surrounding skin up to make pores appear smaller and lastly use spf daily UV rays cause free radical damage to your skin and over time will make the look of enlarged pores worse.

Is the retinol product a over the counter item? If so, do you know a brand? Thank you for your response. It was very helpful. I am not using Mario's acne product, it is the Enzyme face wash.

Pore do enlarge as part of our aging process as well as skin type changes. Proper skin care routine as Traci suggested along with daily spf and facials monthly consisting of extractions, again using AHA's and a clay mask weekly will help with sebum build up.
