Please don't wear things like short skirts and stuff like that. At my church people will come to a baptism wearing cloths more suitable for going clubbing in. Go nice, simple and reasonably modest.

You could always wear a cute blouse with dress pants or dark wash jeans too. depending on the blouse, you could add a statement necklace.
