This winter I switched my nightly body moisturizer to almond oil and my skin is loving it!! Other oil options are mustard, grapeseed, coconut, sunflower, or saflower, and if you don't have acne prone sensitive skin - olive oil works too.

I've got really dry skin too but I'm also sensitive and prone to breakouts if I don't use the right products. In the wintertime I use Josie maran argan oil on my face and any dry areas and my skin loves it, it's super moisturizing but it doesn't feel too heavy on the skin and its unscented so it won't irritate.

Remember that oils lock in moisture so over time skin does continue to dry. I like using cocoa butter and Shea butter and I seal it with any oil of my choice which is either vitamin e or coconut oil 😊
