Hair growth tablets.. Help!?

So yesterday I went out and looked for some hair growth tablets, the shop assistant said that they sold ones that could help 'maintain' hair strength. Does this mean it will grow longer? Also if anyone knows a specific brand that will make my hair grow faster then please tell meeee...?!

For hair growth you could drop the shampoo and shampoo with Apple cider vinegar! It doesn't have a pleasant smell but it removes buildup from your scalp without stripping hair of natural oils and it boots shine well! Good luck! I've been trying to grow mine out for a year and this has helped a lot!

Nothing makes hair grow faster, that is controlled by genetics. You can increase the health of your hair and see more noticeable strength and maintained length by having a balanced and healthy diet and avoiding damaging hair habits (heat styling, tightly pulled styles, etc.). If you are malnourished, your hair can stop growing, or become brittle and break/fall more often. Taking a daily multivitamin and eating a nutrient-rich diet will help.

There is no magical pill, mask, or treatment that will make your hair grow faster. It is simply biologically impossible.

Agree w Emily...hair strength is what will lead to healthier hair which will maintain its natural growth/length.

You can do other stuff to help your hair grow, not just use tablets. Although I know biotin works. Do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Castor oil works for growth. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from the Pro Naturals hair repair system, it really helps.
