Is there anything that will help thicken my thin oily hair?

Eat healthy, drinks lots of water. Biotin pills helped my hair grow faster and Nixon shampoo and conditioner is great for thinning hair. Or at least I've noticed a difference when I had a hormonal imvakande.

No, any chemical service such ad color will add volume due to expands hair shaft. Nexxus has a great shampoo Diametress that does exactly the same thing, it actually expands hair shaft.

I use mane and tail shampoo and conditioner I have really fine hair that tends to look pretty thin even though it's not but I use this and even when I flat iron my hair it still looks fuller and healthy
