I recently started to get a little more hair on my face than normal and it's really embarrassing. I'm 14 years old and I really love makeup and doing my own is so exciting to me, but my foundation makes the hairs so much more obvious than they already are. It's all over my face too! Cheeks, chin, upper lip. REALLY AWKWARD! Please help me! I don't know how to make it less obvious while makeup is on my face AND I just want it to be less obvious in general. Any tips besides waxing? I don't think I could afford that. Thank you!

Try threading

Amrit S, I googled it and it said you can do it at home, but do you think that's a good idea? Should I go to a salon the first time so they can explain it to me?

Threading is like tweezing a lot of hair at once. It hurts the area you threaded as it may irritate the skin. There are YouTube videos that show you how to thread, it's really simple but takes practice to fully master the skill. Threading can also result in acne (its happened to me in the past.) You should try waxing. At my local salon, it's like $15 for your whole face (eyebrow, chin, upper lip)

If you don't want to do any hair removal try putting on foundation in a downward motion, that way you are patting down the hair or do the same thing with lotion also.

Bleaching facial hair can be a good idea if you have lighter skin.

I used to have the same problem as you.. oh it's so annoying. well I 've tried so many ways to get rid of them.. the best one is threading because it's quick and it removes the hair from the root. hair removal creams (like veet, nair, strep) work pretty well too.. but the hair will come back quicker..

Don't ever use removal creams on face!! also no threading on your own you might cut your skin along sumtyms...go to salon n get threading done n then apply soothing cream on it.
