So I want to ombre my hair but I heard the bleach damges your hair! Is there any products that can nutrition my hair and like take care of the damage the bleach does? :)

Dying your hair in general is just not good for it, and bleaching is on the worse side. There are things you can do to make it less harmful, like using healthier dyes and hair care products. I am not the expert, so if you're looking for recommendations I won't be much help. If you have a salonist, maybe they know some products.
