I really love myhabit.com, it's run by amazon so if you have a log-in with amazon you can use that, and it's always always free shipping. Caveat is that it's more clothes than beauty but they do consistently sell beauty produce. Site is very similar to Hautelook, except for free shipping always! I also use ideeli.com, once you buy something & pay shipping, you have 30 days of free shipping after that. But I definitely use myhabit the most. Gilt is great but kinda too expensive for me to use frequently.
