Urban Decay De-Slick Setting Spray. Before my son was born I worked in an office and the stress sweat made my makeup do something similar. Hope I helped a little! :)

I would also recommend a setting spray. I use Urban Decay All-Nighter, but I have oily/combination skin so I'm thinking of trying the De-Slick when I run out of this one. Since it doesn't sound like an oiliness problem for you, I'd try the All-Nighter.

I think the dry air in the office effects your skin. Because if there is something wrong with the foundation it wouldn't look good when you're outside of the office either.
