There is a hair mask I did yesterday. It has ground mustard, egg yolk, olive oil, sugar, and water. The exact amount is on my Pinterest. When you click on the picture it brings you to a link. From there, it gives you all of the instructions! It help!

Castor oil and coconut oil mask, honey and coconut oil mask, or olive oil help provide nutrition to your hair, also use a wide tooth comb to brush, don't comb when wet unless you have wide tooth comb, messages to head help circulate blood flow while you apply oils.

Don't brush hair when its wet, use a wide tooth comb if you have to. if you blow dry it, let it air dry as long as you can before you do so you use less heat. always use a heat protector...always! be gentle when you brush, don't rip through your hair if its tangled use a detangling spray. do a final rinse with cold water before you get out of the shower to smooth cuticles and close them so they arent vulnerable. use a clarifying shampoo once a month, don't wash your hair every day and deep condition once a week. you can use coconut oil all throughout dry hair, wrap it in plastic wrap or a plastic bag and go to bed like that and lastly drink tons of water. hair is dead so once it gets damaged, you can't repair it. you can fake it but it will just get worse with time. the only cure for split ends is cutting it off!

I suggest some products you can find online and have done wonders to my hair. Both are Dominican products: 10 en 1 conditioner. As the name says has 10 vitamins in the conditioner. Also, I use 'baba de caracol' leave in conditioner. Occasionally, I also use avocado on my hair.

Keep your hair hydrated by drinking plenty of water and using moisturizing conditioners. Eat plenty almonds, fish (salmon especially) and dark green vegetables like spinach. Make sure your iron levels are good too. Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Healthy, nourishing hair masks, are a must, I use one called pro naturals Moroccan argan oil hair mask, it’s very moisturizing and it makes your hair really healthy. Also, get regular trims to prevent split ends and encourage healthy growth.
