You can try out simple things that are easy and look natural.
BB Cream ( Lumene is a great brand. It's Norwegian and helps your skin unlike most BB creams. ) A high end one would be tarte. If you can get a Korean Bb cream.
Mascara.
Lip balms, tinted lip balms. You can use eyeliner too. For a natural look I usually like using a brown liner. All of these are simple to apply. You can use some blush or bronzer too.

I suggest watching makeup tutorials on YouTube :) They are really helpful! Just try searching for natural makeup looks and I'm sure you'll get a ton of videos.

Agreed that YouTube videos will help you more then ANYTHING!! try Wayne goss. He has some basics to help you. Also what I did when I first started was I saved up for a while then went to sephora abd asked one of the workers to teach me basics, it was so helpful! She then showed me what to buy to start off and that was what really got me interested in make up :)
