So I cut my hair in layers and I don't have any more spilt ends but why is my hair, still feel frizzy,?

Try funeegreek seeds mask and rosmary conditioner. I'm useing them both work amazing for my hair.

Argan oil! I use pro naturals argan oil to control frizz and I just use it on damp hair.
