This is the worst my skins ever been...my cousin says it looks irritated...like I been touching or bothering it a lot but I don't at all.

That looks like an allergic reaction though not acne. Go to a dermatologist or its going to be for a long time. I have the same thing and its been on me since April. It started out like that then it flared up to like almost cystic acne. I've made it pretty much disappear by using natural home made products but if you can go to a dermatologist it'll be a heck a lot better.

Also, if it is acne, see if your dermatologist will prescribe you something called "retin-a". I used to have acne all over my face, chest, and back and I used retin-a and in went away within like a week and never came back!!

That does not look like acne and it is not "real bad" like Kitty said it looks like a allergic reaction.

Put tea tree oil on it.

I agree with Kitty. My face broke out really bad like that once when I used some cheap generic brand lotion, literally within seconds, but thankfully went away within a week. If it is acne you can try an oatmeal mask to soothe the redness, and a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment or sulfur, tea tree oil, salicylic acid.

Or allergy or progressing acne to me, but better don't lose the time and like girls say visit a doctor. Good luck:-)

Looks like cystic acne rather than an allergic reaction? Are the bumps hard and/or painful? And are you near your time of the month?

Thanks everyone for you opinions and thoughts.
@Jennifer the bumps arent hard or painful. And I'm far from my time of the month.

@Tina it started when I changed Foundations. I went from Sephora brand to maybelline's deam nude airfoam. Could that be it?
