I've got one of those really deep pimples right on my freaking forehead. Does anyone have any super fast tricks/remedies to make redness/swelling go down? I have work at 7pm.

Put ice on it :) helps the swelling to go dwn

Using cold will make the swelling go down, but that's about it.
use a hot compress to help draw the infection out, closer to the surface. I find when I do this, it helps them heal a lot faster. within a day or 2.

I combine a spot treatment (I like tea tree oil from the body shop) and some Benedryl. I find that it really helps bring the swelling and pain down. That's usually something I do at bedtime though because it gets a little thick, or at least I apply it a little thick.
