My hair is fried, damaged, no elasticity what so ever. I've tried all the Keratin treatments and hot oils and conditioner treatments. But nothing has worked. Help?

Mane n tail shampoo will make your hair a lot softer and will help it grow

Cutting off the dried ends will make it grow healthier, it'll be worth it when the hair grows back healthier.

Maybe you need a protein treatment?

Try the Treseme mud mask renewal treatment and follow with a moisturizing conditioner. Hope this helps:)

You need a protein treatment, and deep conditioning at least 2 times a week, use heat sparingly and make sure your using the right shampoo and conditioner for your hair type, low or no sulfate and low PH levels
And a worth while treatment is the macadamia hair masque :)
-hope this helped, cosmetology student

First off, do not use Mane n' Tail unless you want awful hair. Just honesty. It is TERRIBLE for your hair.
Now that my mini rant is over; the girl above me has the right idea but I'm going to add a few things of my own.
Protein treatments do work well but putting egg and crap on your hair does absolutely nothing. I've done it many many times and had zero results and I'm really not surprised. Oils work well but other home made treatments don't do shit as far as I am concerned.
You need a good deep conditioner. My personal all time favorite is the It's a 10 Miracle hair mask. My second favorite would have to be the Matrix Biologe hydratherapie conditioning balm. I feel like the It's a 10 makes the hair actually feel stronger temporarily and moisturizes really well and the other one just provides really good moisture.
For protein this is just a little different but it works. Purchase a neutral(colorless or I guess you could try one that matches your haircolor but I think it's be messy?) from Sally's or some place similar and mix equal parts water and protein filler in a spray bottle and spray on hair. Comb through and let dry or blow dry and then comb again to get any excess protein build up off the hair shaft. This is of course a temporary fix as with anything but it does help reenforce the hair shaft to help prevent breakage a bit. Do this maybe once a week depending on how much you wash your hair. It's not how it was made to be used but it really does work.

Once or twice a week, massage your scalp with almond oil and leave it in for 15-30 minutes before washing it out. A healthy treatment does a lot to make your hair healthy, I use an argan oil from pro naturals and it works great.

A great professional cut, Pureology Hydra whip or It's a 10 mask...followed by It's a 10 leave in spray with Kerstin. A little Apricot oil on your fingertips keeps dry ends and flyaways at bay.

Cut off the dead ends, cover it in olive oil in a towel overnight to keep it warm and let it sink in then wash it thoroughly in the morning :)
