My hair is about to my waist right now. I'm growing it out to donate it. I have thin hair, so I don't use heat products, and I don't really use products at all. I just let it go natural :) but I did start using mane n tail, and I feel like it helped my hair grow thicker, healthier, and longer. I hope that helps :)

I use Mane n tail shampoo and conditioner too. A lot of people say it's a myth and it doesn't really help your hair grow, but I honestly feel like it has! I also use coconut oil on my hair about twice a week. I put it on while my hair is dry and leave it overnight and then wash it out in the morning. I's definitely helped to strengthen my hair and help it grow!

^ Mane n' tail is awful for your hair. It seems to work at first because it adds a coating to make it feel smooth and what not and then it just builds up and gets nasty and it also has lots of other harmful chemicals that you don't want to use on your hair. Don't believe me? Research it.
