You can't get rid of pores but you can shrink the size of them by controlling the amount of excess sebum and oil your face secretes. Use a foamy oil free cleanser twice daily, exfoliate at least twice a week and moisturize day and night with an oil free moisturizer! And also tone your skin after cleansing so your pores can close after so no extra bacteria can get in them.
