Your skin repairs itself at night, and it can't do that properly if there is makeup on it. Try washing your face and applying a good moisturizer (it can use the moisture to repair the skin) and in the morning when you wash your face the extra can be washed away. You'll probably notice a difference in the long run. :)

Its better to remove it at night before going to bed, leaving it on over night is like not flushing the toilet after you poop. That might sound a bit over board, just my opinion. Take care of your skin, at the end of each day theres alot of bacteria on it.

If you can't remember to remove your makeup before bed (which you really should do if you can) try keeping makeup remover wipes at your bedside. That'll be better than nothing, and maybe if you see the wipes it'll jog your memory and get you removing all your makeup regularly.

I strongly recommend baby wipes and almond oil. Cleanses and moisturises
