CHI-I usually spray it in my hair while damp before I blow dry/curl or straighten💜 They also make one called Silk Infusion I use also, makes my hair super shiny and smooth💚

They are the same thing just make sure you read the ingredients and it doesn't have alcohol in it. Good brands are Ion and Tresemme and Got2be

If you have heat anywhere near your hair you'll need a thermal protectant. Chi Silk and Reform Smooth Down Heat Glide are my favorites.

It protects your hair when you straighten, blow dry or curl your hair with heat tools. I recommend one called pro naturals argan oil, it's a heat protector and leave-in treatment.
